PFAS

At Stanley Law, we have seen the impact of large-scale chemical exposure firsthand. Just as we represent thousands of clients in the Camp Lejeune water contamination litigation, we now stand with those harmed by PFAS. These cases raise complex scientific and legal questions, but our team is experienced in navigating both. If you or a loved one were exposed to PFAS and have developed health problems, you may have a claim. Our firm will guide you through every step, from gathering records to pursuing compensation, on a contingency-fee basis, with no upfront cost.

Polyfluoroalkyl and perfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), often referred to as “forever chemicals,” are a large group of man-made compounds used for decades in products ranging from nonstick cookware and food packaging to water-resistant clothing and firefighting foams. Because they do not break down in the environment, PFAS have contaminated groundwater, drinking water, and soil near military bases, airports, industrial sites, and surrounding communities. Manufacturers, including some of the largest chemical companies in the world, continued producing and distributing these substances despite knowing the risks. PFAS exposure has since been linked to serious health conditions, including kidney and testicular cancers, liver disease, thyroid disorders, and other long-term illnesses.
